This is a reminder that the degree/certificate application deadlines for Spring 2011 and Summer 2011 graduation are as follows:
Spring 2011 – Thursday, March 31, 2011
Summer 2011 – Wednesday, June 15, 2011
If a student plans on graduating either in May or August, a completed degree/certificate application must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the appropriate deadline as noted above. Please note that a completed degree/certificate application requires department chairperson/advisor signature. Applications received after the noted date will be considered for graduation for the following semester (i.e., an application received on April 1 will be considered a Summer 2011 application and an application received on June 16 will be considered a Fall 2011 application).
Summer 2011 graduates are invited to the May Commencement ceremony. This will be the only commencement ceremony that a student can attend. If a student wishes to participate and have his or her name appear in the Commencement program, a student must have a completed degree application submitted by the March 31 deadline.

This Degree Application Deadline reminder has been posted to the Student Announcement Board and all students have been sent a reminder email to their HVCC email account.
Today is the deadline to file a degree application for the Spring 2011 graduation!
